Our dedicated staff of highly trained assistants and coordinators helps make your treatment experience a pleasant one. All of our staff meet and conference regularly and attend continuing education seminars specific to their field. They keep up with the ever-changing orthodontic profession.

Office Manager

Our office manager coordinates all of the activities and treatment in the office. She is responsive to both patient and doctor requests so that our office philosophy and mission statement are fulfilled.

Appointment Secretaries

Appointment secretaries greet incoming patients and families as well as arrange and maintain appointments. They help to coordinate other dental and medical services requested by the doctors for patients.

New Patient Representatives

Treatment coordinators interview and evaluate new patients. They also help the families get introduced to the office and help in meeting the other members of the orthodontic team. They will help to convey your concerns to the doctor and gather information from other providers to assist in your treatment.

Financial Secretaries

Our financial staff arrange for reimbursement from insurance companies, verify benefits and eligibility and explain when necessary, the various payment and compensation plans available to the patient either individually or through employers.

Orthodontic Assistants

Assistants work directly with the doctors and patients during the vast majority of treatment procedures. They not only assist with technical details and procedures but also instruct in oral hygiene and communicate to parents and family the procedures that are taking place.

Sterilization Assistants

Sterilization Assistants maintain the cleanliness and sterilization of the surfaces and instruments in the office. They constantly update and monitor equipment according to mandated guidelines to ensure that the latest techniques are being utilized and are effective.
